We went to Uzzie's birthday party on Saturday. Alex was more interested in a huge pile of sand that was in a corner of the yard where the party was held. When we got home he was covered from head to toe with dirt! He had a great time though. He also got excited when a huge Barney piñata was hung and all the kids lined up to hit it with a big purple stick. He was so cute, he barely even hit the thing but he would clap after each person's turn. He also tried his first kool-aid ever...hence the red moustache. It was so much fun to watch him. Here parents always go to birthday parties with their kids and they are pretty big affairs. It's becoming lots more fun now that he's big enough to participate more.
